Prowl AI Systems was created around a simple belief: the next generation of enterprise software will not be a better database. It will be an intelligent operating layer.

Most businesses do not fail because they lack software. They fail because their systems do not talk to each other, their teams spend too much time processing information manually, and their most important decisions are trapped inside emails, PDFs, spreadsheets, faxes, portals, and disconnected workflows.

Prowl builds AI-native applications for the places where business gets complicated: finance, healthcare, private capital, revenue cycle, credentialing, referrals, deal flow, reporting, and operational execution.

Greg Hackney

Greg Hackney is a healthcare operator, AI investor, and technology founder with experience across AI/NLP, healthcare operations, private capital, and multi-company operating platforms. His background includes founding Expresiv Technologies, an early speech recognition and natural language processing company later acquired by 3M, and leading healthcare, capital, and software initiatives across complex operating environments.

Prowl grows out of that operating background. The company is built around a practical view of AI: it only matters if it makes real businesses easier to run.

AI does not replace operating discipline. It compounds it.
